Refund & Cancellation Policy

Jathagam.ai provides digital services. We are committed to fair practices and resolving any disputes promptly.

This policy explains our refund and cancellation procedures for paid services.

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund in the following situations:

  • The service was not delivered due to a technical failure.
  • You were charged twice for the same service.

Note: Dissatisfaction with the outcomes of astrological predictions or insights is not grounds for a refund, as these are interpretive in nature.

Request Time Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of payment or service delivery.

Review Timeline

We will review and respond to your request within 10 business days.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned within the standard banking/payment processing timeframe (typically 5–10 business days) after approval.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with the following details:

  • Transaction ID / Order reference
  • Email or phone number used for payment
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots of the issue and any relevant documentation

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Fraudulent or false claims.
  • Misuse of the service.
  • Service was successfully delivered with no technical or content defect.
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective interpretation of predictions or insights.

Cancellation

Most services are delivered instantly, so cancellation after delivery may not be possible.

However, you can always raise a request for review if there is an issue.

Subscription Cancellation

If you have an active AI Astrologer subscription, you can cancel it at any time from the My Subscriptions page in your account.

Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
