AI Astrologer is a paid conversational AI guidance service offered by Jathagam.ai. It uses your birth chart, planetary transits, and spiritual wisdom to provide personalised astrological guidance. This page describes the subscription plans, usage limits, and related policies.

Usage Limits
Each subscription plan includes a defined number of AI Astrologer questions per billing cycle (month). Once the limit is reached, you will need to wait for the next billing cycle or upgrade your plan.
The monthly question quota applies collectively across all active horoscopes in your account, including any new horoscopes created during the billing cycle. The quota is not per horoscope.
Unused questions do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
Free Usage
New users can try AI Astrologer with a limited number of free questions before subscribing. Free usage is designed to help you experience the service before making a commitment.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the My Subscriptions page in your account (Profile → My Subscriptions).
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied.
You will continue to have access to AI Astrologer guidance until the end of your paid period.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full card or UPI details on our servers.
