The delivery method and timeframe may vary depending on the nature of the service.

Once a horoscope is generated, the birth details cannot be edited. If the details provided were incorrect, the user must delete the incorrect horoscope and create a new one with the correct information.

Please note that any AI Astrologer conversations conducted using an incorrect horoscope are based on the details provided at the time of creation and cannot be corrected retroactively. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their birth details before generating a horoscope.

Horoscope creation on this platform is fully digital and generated using automated astrological calculations based on standard astronomical data sources and predefined logic. While reasonable care is taken, the accuracy of the generated horoscope depends on the correctness of the birth details provided by the user.

Jathagam.ai does not guarantee absolute accuracy of horoscope charts and shall not be held responsible for any errors, interpretations, or outcomes arising from their use. For important matters, users are encouraged to consult a qualified astrologer.

AI Astrologer is an AI-assisted conversational guidance service. It uses your birth chart data, planetary transit data, and spiritual wisdom to provide personalised insights. Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as interpretive guidance, not definitive predictions.

AI Astrologer conversations and related data are stored to improve the quality of guidance provided to you. At any time, you can request deletion of your data within the My Horoscopes page.

Subscription & Usage Limits

AI Astrologer offers limited free usage. Extended guidance is available through paid subscription plans with defined monthly question limits. Subscription details, including plans and limits, are described on our Subscription Policy page.

The subscribed plan’s monthly question quota applies collectively across all active horoscopes in your account, including any new horoscopes created during the billing cycle. The quota is not per horoscope.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the My Subscriptions page in your account. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation.

AI Guidance Disclaimer

AI-generated guidance is interpretive and probabilistic in nature. It should not be relied upon as the sole basis for major life decisions. Jathagam.ai does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated responses.

Users are encouraged to use their own judgement and consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent due to the probabilistic nature of artificial intelligence systems.

AI Astrologer responses are generated based on the available horoscope (Jathagam) data, user inputs, planetary transit information, and underlying AI models. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or the use of Jathagam.ai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India.
