However, even with immense progress, our minds remain restless. This is due to our failure to recognize our fundamental spiritual truths. To maintain family welfare, live with peace of mind, and realize the true purposes of our lives is essential. While health and longevity may be desirable, mental peace is paramount. Even if our minds are troubled by debts and EMI pressures, spiritual contemplation can help us. We should elevate our minds without considering anything in our lives as permanent. This is the secret to long-term happiness.
