Excessive engagement on social media wastes time and robs peace of mind. Long-term thinking and planning are fundamental to all these aspects. Without knowledge and wisdom, making the right decisions is impossible. This will adversely affect the welfare of our families and our personal growth. One must practice applying wisdom and discernment in daily life. By doing so, our lives will be orderly, healthy, and prosperous.
