To keep the mind stable, engaging in spiritual practices like yoga and meditation is beneficial. This reduces the impact of the Rajas quality and increases Sattva quality. Consequently, clear decisions can be made in life, leading to benefits. Business growth, improvement in financial status, and a stable mental state are achievable based on the teachings of this verse.

In this verse, Lord Krishna elaborates on the intellect that misinterprets Dharma and Adharma. This intellect has the nature of misunderstanding necessary actions. It indicates a predominance of the Rajas quality. Rajas is characterized by great desire, agitation, and a preference for change. Acting in misguided ways hinders one's growth. For spiritual growth, a person must fill their intellect with Sattva quality.
